May is Mental Health Matters Month and several events are being held by Tehama County Health Services Agency’s Behavioral Health to celebrate and share information.
Virtual drumming will be held May 12-15 and 18-19. You don’t need to own a drum or have musical talent, all you need is to take part.
The activity is a good distraction, promotes overall wellness, relaxation and emotional release and is a fun way to integrate mind, body and spirit.
